2. Distributor Disclosure
LaserMarkingSpray.com acts solely as an independent authorized distributor of the products offered on this Site. We do not manufacture Laser Marking Spray or any related chemical products.

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to purchase products from this Site. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate account information and promptly update it as needed. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Products & Single‑Use Chemical Notice
All product descriptions, pricing, and availability are subject to change at any time without notice. Due to the specialized, single‑use chemical nature of Laser Marking Spray, all sales are final and no returns or exchanges are accepted. For details, see our separate Return & Final‑Sale Policy.
5. Pricing & Payment
Prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise noted and are exclusive of applicable taxes and shipping. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. By submitting an order, you authorize us (or our payment processor) to charge the full order amount to your chosen payment method.
6. Order Acceptance & Cancellation
Receipt of an electronic or other order confirmation does not constitute our acceptance of your order. We may accept, decline, or limit your order for any reason, including suspected fraud. Once placed, orders cannot be modified or canceled due to the final‑sale nature of the product.
7. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping times are estimates and begin on the ship‑date, not the order‑date. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier. If a package is lost or damaged in transit, contact us within 48 hours of the recorded delivery issue; our resolution may include reshipment or credit at our discretion.
8. User‑Generated Content (Reviews & Images)
We welcome honest reviews and images from customers. However, we reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to remove or edit any content that violates these Terms or applicable law.
If you are a rights holder (or their authorized agent) and believe an image or other content in a customer review infringes your rights, or you simply wish to have your own uploaded images removed, please contact us at support@lasermarkingspray.com with:

2. The specific URL(s) of the content to be removed;
3. A brief explanation of your request.
We will review and, where appropriate, remove or disable the content promptly.
