LaserMarkingSpray.com – Return & Final‑Sale Policy

  1. All Sales Are Final

    • Due to the specialized, single‑use chemical composition of Laser Marking Spray, every purchase is considered final once the order is confirmed.

    • We are unable to restock or resell opened or unopened units safely; therefore, we do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason, including change of mind or ordering errors.

  2. Order Accuracy

    • Please review your cart, shipping information, and payment details carefully before completing checkout. Once an order is submitted, it cannot be modified or canceled.

  3. Shipping Damage or Incorrect Items

    • While returns are not accepted, if your shipment arrives damaged in transit or you receive the wrong product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@lasermarkingspray.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

    • Claims filed after 48 hours, or without adequate documentation, may not be eligible for replacement or credit.

  4. Lost Shipments

    • If tracking shows your package has not been delivered within the carrier’s estimated window, reach out to us so we can file a trace. Resolution is at our discretion and may involve reshipment or store credit.

  5. Limitation of Liability

    • By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and accept that LaserMarkingSpray.com’s total liability is limited to the amount paid for the product and does not extend to consequential or incidental damages.
